How do I know I’ve picked the right product?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

We’re really sorry your order hasn’t turned up - we know that’s frustrating. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact our Customer Care team at hello@yumove.com, providing your delivery address and order number. Just let us know within 28 days of placing your order and we’ll get it sorted quickly.

How do I cancel an order that’s already been processed?

Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you can still return the item if it’s unwanted. Just log in to your account, head to Order History, click Return Order, and follow the steps. You’ve got 28 days from delivery to send it back.

How do I update my card details?

Please log in to your account and follow the instructions below to update your card details:

  • Please click 'Subscriptions'
  • Then click 'Edit your subscription' - Here you will be able to view your card details under 'Payment Method' and amend accordingly.

Your subscription can be cancelled easily within your account. You do not need a third party to action this for you and they will often charge you a fee for this service.
