When you set up a subscription, we’ll collect your bank details. You’ll then be charged based on the frequency you select (e.g., every 7 days or 2 months). For instance, if you choose every 7 days, you'll be charged on the 7th day, and your subscription order will arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

To log in of log out of your account, click the person icon in the top right corner of your screen, then enter your email address and password. Or click on 'My Account' in the left hand menu on mobile.

You can update both your email address and your payment information easily by logging into your account.

You may have clicked the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, or reactivated an old subscription without realising. Don’t worry – it’s easy to change or cancel anytime from your account.

If an item is in stock and you place your order by 11am, we'll endeavour to dispatch it on the same day.

We typically dispatch orders Monday to Friday but may dispatch at the weekend during peak periods. Please be aware there will be delays in shipping and delivery around bank holidays. 

We deliver using either free Royal Mail 2nd Class for letterbox-friendly deliveries or Royal Mail 48 Tracked for parcels. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail 48.

If your order’s already on its way, no problem – you can still return it. Just log in to your account, head to Order History, click Return Order and follow the steps. You’ve got 28 days from delivery to send it back.

If your dog or cat is already taking a daily YuMOVE supplement and is moving to a stronger formula, there’s no need to double up.

Put simply, yes. Skipping days or being inconsistent with feeding can undo a lot of the benefits your pet might otherwise enjoy. If you follow the recommendation for how often and how much YuMOVE Joint Care you should give your pet, you can expect to see the best results.

Our supplements can be used alongside most prescription only medicines. We haven't extensively tested our supplements with all medications, so we do recommend checking with your vet first. Just like any dietary change, introducing YuMOVE can sometimes cause mild digestive upset. If this happens, stop giving YuMOVE to your dog, let their digestive system settle and then reintroduce it slowly. Start with a very small amount and gradually build up to the recommended amount. This helps your dog's digestive system adjust smoothly to the new addition.

ADVANCE 360 is a veterinary exclusive product and is only available from your local vet practice. This is because pets who need the extra support ADVANCE 360 provides should be seen regularly by their vet. Please speak to your vet if you think your pet might benefit from our strongest supplement range.

This is most likely a frequency issue. We need to confirm how many tablets are being used per day and ensure the subscription frequency is set correctly.

If your dog has an existing condition or is taking other medication, it’s best to speak with your vet before starting YuMOVE.

Some products are suitable for puppies. Always check the label or ask us if you’re unsure.

This depends on the product. For any of our supplements, we recommend a plain diet and plenty of water. Mild digestive upset is to be expected and isn't a cause for concern. However, if it's the Calming Care product, or if your pet shows any symptoms beyond digestive upset, we recommend contacting your vet.

Our tablets are approximately 17mm long and 5mm wide. Our twist and sprinkle capsules are approximately 18mm long.

You can break the tablets into smaller pieces, crush them completely and mix them with your pet's food, or even add a small amount of warm water to the crushed tablet to make a paste. Alternatively, most of our products also come in a chew option which your pet might prefer.

The amount depends on your dog’s weight. Check the label or the product page online for exact guidance.

If you're giving more than one tablet, we recommend splitting up their daily amount – half in the morning and half in the evening. This helps create a routine, but it's not mandatory, giving the tablets together works just as well. It's usually easier to give them with food, but it's not necessary. They can be given like a treat without food too. Do whatever works best for you to create a consistent daily habit.

Most dogs do really well on YuMOVE. If you notice anything unusual, it’s best to check in with your vet – or use PawSquad if you’re a subscriber.
