Where it started (and how far we’ve come)

In 2006, our founders, Dr John Howie and John Davies, spotted a need for pet supplements that were both effective and affordable. Their first product supported skin health but sparked something bigger – a mission to help pets everywhere live their best lives.

Today we’re the UK’s no.1 vet-recommended joint supplement brand,* supporting over 2 million dogs* a year! We’ve expanded worldwide, earned multiple awards and achieved B Corp status.

In 2024, we joined forces with US based pet supplement company Vetnique, and together, we’re helping more pets on both sides of the pond stay happy, healthy and active.

Courtney is passionate about research and innovation that delivers genuine benefits to the lives and health of pets. She’s an experienced equine and small animal vet licensed in the UK and US, has a Zoology degree, and is a skilled animal health industry leader.

Jayne has spent many years working in small animal practice and has a passion for geriatric pet care. Since 2021, she’s led the Veterinary Technical team here at YuMOVE, where she brings together her clinical expertise with a commitment to pet wellbeing and education.

Charlotte has over seven years of clinical experience and a real passion for caring for senior pets. After earning a post-graduate certificate in practice, she joined our Veterinary Technical Team, where she helps support pet health with expert advice on mobility and nutrition.
